  It took less than 4 days from ordering a camera (in Tokio) to its delivery (in Rome), the packaging was flawless and what I found exactly matches the detailed description provided. Thanks to United Camera staff for their professional and valuable service.

  The camera came in time and very "new". packaged well. since it's a Japan version the camera is not "world" and doesn't have PAL/NTSC switch which was not mentioned anywhere in the description. the seller was sorry and suggested I return it. i decided to keep the camera. communication was good, but it might be better to mention this (Japan version, not world) in the description.

  Received Pentax K3-III in almost perfect condition, better than I anticipated. Delivery from Japan to UK was a lot faster than expected and I had to delay the courier for a few days whilst I was away. Camaras and ancillaries were provided wrapped within the original box and then double wrapped in further pachaging for posting. Great price. Great product. Great service. Very happy and would buy from this seller again.

  Great seller and the item was better than described (Canon C300 Miii) I was a bit reluctant with the item coming from Japan, but I took the risk and was happy. I ordered the item on the Thursday and it arrived in the UK at my door on the Monday. When buying from Japan, you have to pay VAT, so just add 20% of the items value on top, but the price was still a bargain. I would 100% recommend this seller and I’d buy from them again. Thank you so much for my camera 🙏🏻.

  Item was exactly as described. Seller listed lens as mint condition and it was. It almost seemed new. Was shipped fast and came a week later. FYI, if you order from another country you will be hit with custom fees. Mine was $200.30. Nothing against the seller at all, but just an fyi. I live in the USA and this came from Japan.
