If you need a part like I did, they shipped USPS Ground Advantage and provided no tracking. It’s been a few weeks and they just refunded me. Couldn’t answer a question about how it shipped, with who they shipped it with or anything for that matter. I strongly suggest anyone else here on eBay for a part. If they are the only option, then insist on tracking, I don’t understand how any business can run do inadequately. He was given ALL of the information regarding the shipment. It got lost and we refunded his money. Why can't people be nice and say "Oh, well"? Why can't eBay get rid of mean feedback? 04/15
