  I ordered a usb rechargeable toothbrush as advertised by them, what arrived was well packaged in good condition, BUT wasn’t what I ordered it was a battery powered toothbrush. I contacted them and explained that they hadn’t sent the correct item. There answer was to offer me a pound off. I explained that I wanted the correct item, they then just answered “sorry”. And that was the end of the chat. No refund offered nothing. Clearly there not interested once they have had your money

  Already received thanks, don't need it for now but prefer to have in incase of an emergency expires December 2027 which Is a great date thank you and a good price too will definitely use this seller again.   Well package, perfect condition.great value. It took a long time to arrive, but storms, bad weather did not help. Even things purchased locally have recently taken over a week to arrive. The sellers were very good with keeping contact and wanting to provide a good service.
