  Took 5 days for seller to ship, and a month to arrive though thats ok coming from China to Canada. Listed as "New Genuine..." product but arrived in unsealed static bag and unmarked brown box. But seller did come through with the product so I'll make this a positive.

  Great value. I was a little concerned when I received the product because some of the wires looked a bit jangy, the seller assured me that everything was fine. He proceeded to engage with me whenever I had questions and ultimately the battery has proved to be awesome. Really communicative and amazing to be able to ask questions so freely. Highly recommend. It just takes a while to ship from China and you have to be a bit patient

  Ordered 25/05/05 and received it 25/05/16 in Canada. The battery I got appeared to look like a genuine Dell certified product with the Dell logo and Dell part number sticker on the battery, not like the generic one in the item images. This seller deserves a thumbs up from another happy customer.

  Battery arrived as described and in best shipping package I’ve ever seen. Not sure if battery works but looks legit. Ship time was okay and arrived a week earlier than maximum time expected.
