  The supplier had sent a 1.5m cable instead of the ordered 2m cable. I contacted the seller which replied promptly and promised to send a replacement cable. Great no quibble customer service.

  A LOT of confusion over the length, 1 1/2m length sent instead of the 2m ordered so had to send again, still wrong (3m instaed of the 2m ) i ordered ...... but fast postage and good with communications

  Was very disappointed with delivery, had to pay 40 pounds extra for delivery, was given a time slot, delivery didn't turn up, got in touch with the company to be told the driver would be with me in a couple of hours, still no delivery, eventually turned up nearly 4 hours later, but when the bed came I was very pleased with the product, it was exactly what I ordered, and very good quality, just a shame on the delivery
