    Very well packaged. Pulled it out and wow looked better than described, except for the loose wheel, fixed it, all is well. Really no complaints here. Shipping took longer but was not the shippers fault. He was a quick shipper. That says it all. Again, the Big Boy 4014 looked awesome. Highly recommend this seller.

    Item arrived as described in good condition open box but everything remained in original packaging. Instructions and decals are in good condition. Item was well packed for shipping so arrived in good condition. I had requested bundled shipping. Good value for older item.

    The Mamod Owners Manual arrived quickly. Very well packaged in a large padded mailing envelope with a cardboard insert to keep the manual from getting damaged with the USPS. Great Job, no damage was done. Great Seller!

    Quick delivery as promised. All items as described. Vendor adjusted shipping costs for packaging multiple items in one box. My only minor gripe is that boxes were not taped, and very small parts came out, but were successfully found.
