    The Shipping was fast and the packing was well secured with a zip big. The build a bear lot was well described with lots of photos shown.     The seller shipped the package very quickly and the doll was very safely wrapped inside the box! Externally the doll looks exactly as pictured, however when I took off the clothes to clean I discovered some kind of mold or mildew residue on the cloth body :( I still intend to keep and clean the doll, but I wish I knew before purchasing that it had this issue. Always check ur 2nd hand dolls just in case!
