  Seller was direct and timely with their instructions for shipping, communicated upon their receipt of my item and informed me of turnaround time for repair and re-ship.   This is my 2nd services from Michael. He installed the TMR joystick the 1st time around, then I sent it back to get clicky triggers installed. He both installed it the night he received the controller and mailed it back to me the next day. He’s very responsive if you want to ask a question about any services that you need done for your controller. Excellent customer service!! Thank you.

  Mike was really great to work with. He communicated and answered all of the questions I had. The service was quick as well. It took about 8 days total for shipping to him, repairs, and shipping back to me. Much more reasonable than local repair shops in my area. I'm recommending him to my friends.
