    Machine looked brand new but had a slight problem with print. Customer service was very quick to respond and quickly sent the fix. Shipper botched delivery on replacement item and delivered to wrong address (unfortunately package was un-recoverable). Seller went beyond expectations and took V E R Y good care of us getting us new shipment. Couldn't be more pleased, and would definitely recommend this seller Thanks so much for all the extra effort!

    Just as described. I had two other printers same model. I have printed thousands of pages with them, very reliable printers. Drop down tray is great for printing checks and envelopes. It was packaged securely and arrived as scheduled. Great company to do business with.
