  The item came quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately although it did come on and was in good condition the display was too faint for me to read. I messaged this seller and they responded immediately with an apology and a refund without any issues.

  I've been on ebay 20+ years and this was no doubt my lamest experience yet. The seller had photos of the packaging, the faucet and the appropriate install components but what I received was not remotely similar. They did ship the packaging but removed the new faucet and components and shipped me a partially broken home depot faucet without some of the required install components. I sent multiple messages and got no response. Unreal

  Image showed all parts included. Upon arrival, battery holder and batteries were missing. Sent message and after 4 days still haven't received response. Ordered missing parts from another company for an additional 30 dollars. This guy is a clown.
