    Great quality item, arrived in like new condition. Was such a good price that this was my second exact item that I've ordered from this seller. Looks great in my rack on my servers. Seller had excellent communication and the shipping was fast. Packaging was great, the seller really cares about how the items arrive.

    Ordered 4 drives and all arrived securely packaged. One of the drives failed shortly after first use and I communicated this to the seller who issued an RMA to return the failed drive. Upon receipt of returned drive a replacement was issued which arrived a few days later. A minor setback but situation was resolved quickly and all-in-all was a positive experience.

    Item shipped quickly and was well packaged, had a faulty RAM stick and they offered a free replacement to be shipped to me. Definitely recommend this seller!
