    The CPU working as described! There were some misinformation in the description but the seller has given option to cancel the purchase or buy it for a much lesser price.     We are plenty flexible with every customer we've come across. Buyer asking to ship to an address not associated with their Ebay/Paypal accounts, and the buyer declining to do so, does NOT fall under the "seller needs to be more flexible" category.
