    The DVD was packaged very well and arrived on time. It was not brand new factory sealed as described on the site. I conveyed this information to the seller and they immediately processed a refund. I have not yet played the movie. Thank you.

    A brand new sealed 4 CD box set was purchased on 11-24, shipped on 11-25, and delivered by USPS Media Mail on 12-10. Item received was as pictured in the listing and was professionally packed along with two additional purchased box sets. Sets were individually wrapped in bubblewrap and placed inside a cardboard box with brown paper for filler. The care and effort in packing and the receipt of sets in undamaged condition made for a great purchasing experience.

    The steel book arrived, just as it was advertised. Brand new, factory sealed, never opened. A lot of care went into, making sure it was packaged carefully. Very appreciative of that. No issues with the seller. The product that was advertised, is exactly what I got and paid for.
