  Ebay money back guarantee is a FRAUD! Seller & ebay did not honor the 60 day return - listing stated "seller pays for return label" That is a lie! Instead seller was allowed to partial refund me & I pay for the shipping cost for a item I do not want. Next time buyers just say "not as described" and the problem is solved. You will receive a full refund.

  Decent packaging (a bag inside a bag) and quick shipping. Top was in the stated condition. Overall cost was good when considering offer amount with shipping, but the latter was higher than even the USPS retail price. I did notice a fragrance.
