  Third time I purchased power kits from this seller. Quick shipping, product was as described, could be packed better. Nothing in the box was padded and it bounced around and all the inside boxes broke open. Nothing was damaged, just could be better packaged

  Items showed up fast well packed and in great condition. Seller messaged me back with answers to my questions. With honest answers. Didnt try to selling me stuff i didnt need even after i told him im new to all this. He could of told me i needed this that and this. And i would of got it.   The customer service that I received from this seller was hands down the absolute, most stellar experience that I've ever gotten. Anywhere! I got my order within a 3 days after ordering, so yeah, FAST! Noticed 1 part missing. Contacted seller, and 2 days later, my missing parts were in my hand. No BS, no excuses, no problems. I got good quality parts at a great price and even better service! Definitely will be ordering all my parts from these guys from now on. RacersProQuip for the win!! Thanks!

  looked to be good quality, descent value, appearance and condition ok, packaging was fair thought it could have had a little more absorbent material around the flywheel I have seen how these package sorting hubs treat a package when they are processing them from one place to another, mine as far as I can see it looks ok RPQ is a good seller with quality products I plan on buying from them again shipping time was good around 4 days from processing to delivery good job RPQ.

  FYI: This review was towards Ebay, and certainly NOT Racers Pro Quip (Seller). The experience thus far with the seller, RPQ has been positive. Apologies to RPQ for my frustration with Ebay s review processes getting in the way and/or possibly misinforming / discouraging potential buyers of RPQ products. The products arrived supremely packaged, and exactly how I hope expected they would. Sorry RPQ..... you all appear and seem to be a great Co. / organization!!!
