Although the item did not fit my vehicle, the vendor did not ask additional questions or blamed anyone, simply accepted the return and refunded the money.   Replaced a 2014 DG9T-14B673-AR with this EP5T-15G213-AR module from a 2020 MKZ. Worked great, no reprogramming needed. For the seller, question answered within hours. Ordered early morning, shipped USPS later that day, almost received next day. Well packaged, as-described, and sold for a good price. I am very appreciative.

  Air bag module is from vehicle with deployed air bags. Pictures in listing show vehicle without air bags blown. Received module and found written on the part is," needs reset"( rebuilt) because it was from a vehicle with deployed air bags and nothing in the listing or description stated that. Messaged seller like listing asked and no response back to discuss issue or to get approval to return part for refund. Be cautious of seller.
