    The company made a common, understandable mistake in the beginning of our business together, but they were so quick to communicate with me and make the situation right. They opened up other options, gave me a timeframe of decision, and then got to work as soon as I answered. I’ve only had one other seller go above and beyond like this in all my time on eBay. If every seller were like these ones, we wouldn’t need a review system at all. The table was a good quality and fairly easy to assemble.

    When shooting pictures never experience what information was given properly testifying against the camera and customer service staff did nothing regarding their experience a few reasons is they don’t need evidence to prove they’re wrong they testified against me for numerous reasons and pictures showing stains and dandruff and rinsing caused it by having a negative reaction fraction of damage due shipping arrival so serious result is no more than fraud from the manufacturer and delivery

    Customer filed claim of item received damaged, and submitted supposedly supporting photos that has no relationship to the item shipped to and received by customer. Upon our request for supporting photographs or video, customer continue to refuse to provide photos/video of the said damaged item received, and the packaging item was received in. While was have no issue accepting returns, and have accepted returns and issued applicable refunds, we take issue with customers making false claims.
