    Ordered wrench on 1/24...realized in an hour it was the wrong size for me. Contacted seller an hour after initial order and tried to get a different size instead. He said he didn't have the size I needed and that the item was already shipped. Tracking showed he actually shipped the item on 1/27. Three days later. I am very disappointed in the customer service on this order.

    FALSE! 1st: Tracking clearly shows label was purchased @ 2:50PM on 01/24 less than an hour after purchase. 2nd: Purchasing an item and then asking for a completely different item is not how it works. 3rd: I DO NOT have the item you requested after the fact. 4th: If it hadn't already shipped I would have easily cancelled the purchase. Take responsibility for your actions; don't blame the seller for what is your fault.
