    Awful experience. Item never arrived, so I opened a help request through ebay after being ignored. They then decided they wanted to talk- funny that. Looking on their feedback they use the same old chestnut about courier issues. Ok. They then corner me by saying they'll send a replacement if I close the case, so feeling like I had no choice, I did. Surprise surprise, nothing. So you have left me no choice but to discuss this with ebay & they have kindy stepped in, refunded me & reported you!!!

    We do not understand why the Royal Mail did not deliver, we have issued a refund a refund as well as we have sent a free one for you, we always have customers at our heart and we are here to do business not anything else. Thank you and we do apologies about this inconvenience.

    I ordered 2tube 0.00 number they send me 2tube one was same one was wrong with out lids and l asked them they sent wrong tube again and they don’t respond it and l waste money and l don’t recommend anyone to buy ,Quality of service is zero and not recommended

    we have issued a full refund with your choice and also we did not ask for the wrong item back, which means you have received a free shampoo and conditioner, do not understand what else we could have done, as we have have offered a replacement but you decided to go for refund.
