    Hi ,and sorry for any inconvenience ,as I told you in a message ,I was away because of health problem ,exactly ,one day ,and I message you trying to sort out that matter in a best way possible ,because all my costumers are important to me ,I send you a wrong shade probably because I swapped orders ,not because falsely advertised ,I don`t believe you never make mistakes. ask you if you can send me back and once the item is posted (return is free for you ) I will send replacement .Thank you

    Seller is helpful and the item was delivered quickly but it was a lot darker than I expected. Seller did offer a return but the postage costs would have taken up half of the refund
