Everything worked as it should, installing it was very simple but too bad my battery is really damaged! Basically bought this for nothing.

As outlined in description, if you have physically damaged and or battery sticks leaking electrolytic fluid to ground, the shorted battery stick needs to be replaced prior to charging and balancing the battery pack. Once you replace the stick pair with one that is not shorted or leaking fluid in your case, and is a good core, you will charge and balance the entire pack as you would normally and your battery will be up and running 100%. Glad to hear our system worked exactly as designed!

Yes it was just as described. The clarification you needed was that you ordered a charger for 2000-2006 Honda Insight Hybrid and your vehicle was actually a 2003-2005 Honda Civic Hybrid, a vehicle ebays compatibility tool told you before checkout was NOT compatible with your the insight charger. This was no fault of the seller. The instructions, the laser engraved charger and the item description and compatibility tool all stated this charger was not for your car.
