  Although the incorrect item was initially sent, the seller was communicative and easy to work with in getting the correct item delivered. Both instances the item did arrive quickly and in good condition. Once correct item arrived, installation was quick and easy, item was as described. Good product and seller.

  Took a day short of a month, after the order to receive, my order. Great quality, and a very reasonable price but shipping needs to be revamped. Well packed and new as advertised.

  Ordered a 6 pack but intially only got one bottle. Contacted seller and they apologized and sent 5 bottles quickly. Paperwork had 6 bottles but only one in box. Techron Marine fuel treatment is very hard to find. I ordered it on Amazon and a different product was supplied.

  Very fast shipping but item would not fit my vehicle I told seller but they said it will fit ,it would not I sent it back to seller and am waiting for a refund .I ask seller for a return label and got no reply on that .It cost me $15.00 to return the item and all I want is an item to fit my vehicle . I will buy from another seller when refund is issued . Their rain guards are very good quality I will say that ,but reply's to the buyer could be better .

  Sent them back because they didn't fit on a 15 Forester. The labeling on the product packaging said they were for that model, but we're way too big for the vehicle. I assume it was a mislabeling at the factory, not the sellers fault, as labeling matched my order. Refund and return label was issued with no hassles. Overall, disappointed they didn't fit, but seller handled it professionally, which turned a bad experience into an acceptable one. For that, I give them 5 stars across the board.

  There was some shipping issues, but the seller quickly responded and refunded me my money. Good businesses here guys , and i will purchase from Marvel automotive again due to the customer service provided to me. Thanks again!
