  Neither the seller or I realized there was a flaw with this product until I received it, so that is a bummer. However, the seller was great about the whole situation and issued a refund to me. I appreciated how fast the seller originally shipped the order to me and also how quickly the seller communicated about the problem with the product.

  Prompt shipping. Original item plastic packaging was bent to get it to fit in smaller box. Not a big deal but the original packaging was compact and reusable and would have been nice for long term storage. Item description and pictures were accurate. Satisfied with purchase.
