  Seller communicated and notified me that they did not have the color I purchased. They were professional, sorry, and issued me an immediate REFUND. Of course I was disappointed not to get the toaster I wanted! But these things happen, and I have zero complaints about the Seller's handling of my case.

  Thank you for the delivery. Originally I ordered the red color, told it was out of stock, then selected the red and silver. Then you told me you found an all red color, but you sent me the red and silver….. confusing and disappointing .
