    The received 2 pack HEPA filter order appeared to have been damaged in USPS transit, however the seller immediately rectified the situation with prompt communication, concern and a total refund. Good Seller!

    I purchased a Kenmore sewing machine from seller. Seller did not respond to me, but instead seemed to block me. A part that is supposed to come with machines for it to operate is bobbin case, and it did not come with it. It also came not working and needing new wiring. (I know that bc my husband replaced it and it works now).. I received the machine today and asked questions the same day. The machine labeled as "USED" (which means fully operational) and seller described as "ready to use"

    Shipping was reasonable and well packaged. Arrived as described. Price for these crossbow bolts was very good considering their limited availability.

    I just received my product in EXCELLENT condition and love the packing as well which kept it well protected. Can't beat the price either it's outstanding! I am very happy with everything- the vendor, the product, price, and time it arrived.

    The canisters came completely smashed...partly because it wasn't packaged properly (each piece needed thick bubble wrap and a much sturdier box) and partly because USPS isn't great with boxes marked "Fragile." But thankfully the seller responded right away and has taken care of my refund. That's the most important part.
