  The seller posted this item promptly and it was just as described. The only negative is that this seller uses Aramex couriers ….. my package was delayed significantly as these couriers are terribly unreliable …it arrived at 4pm Christmas Eve, a mere hour before it was needed for decorating the Christmas Eve Dinner table! I was stressing….and would have preferred to pay for Aust Post.

  Item was a described and picture was accurate, the only minor issue was I brought with two other rope lights and this one took a week longer to arrive no big deal but the delay was not communicated to me

  Seller sent wrong item and couldn't send the correct product, because they didn't have it anymore. Extremely disappointed. They offered a refund if we sent back the incorrect item, but was frustrating not ending up with the product we needed.
