  Upon purchase the seller was immediately in contact for details for the Fedex shipping. When there was a problem with the item they communicated effectively and promptly and allowed me to offer my own solution which worked out for both of us. My interactions with them have been extremely pleasant and professional, my doll arrived in good condition and considering the rarity of the doll, an excellent price.
