Freight company was absolutely useless in providing any information for the misdirected item which at one stage ended up in Western Australia. Would definitely deal with again but request different freight company. Lucky the machine was well packed in a timber crate which provided great protection. Really looking forward for summer.

I believe both were due to the courier company used and not the sellers item as it was collected on time and packaged well. Aramex has let this seller down.
