  Unfortunately the seller shipped the wrong item. I sent a message informing them of the mistake. I sent a photo. They responded promptly and took full responsibility. I had a full refund within 24 hours. While I was sad not to have the item I originally bought, I really appreciated the professional way in which the transaction was handled.
