  The shipping was quick and the packaging was excellent. I was very happy with how the product was packed. Unfortunately, the seller did not have the pattern listed in the auction. I don’t know how that happens and I was very upset that the pattern I purchased was not available to deliver to me. However, the seller provided multiple options for alternates, and ultimately delivered two very similar products. The bonus product was appreciated, But of course, can’t make up for my pattern.

  I explained, and apologized multiple times. Offered her a discount that she took, sent her 2 instead of one as a bonus and my condolences, and shipped out right away. I also offered her a total refund. I really did try to make the buyer happy. It was a $20.00 item. Oh Well! Thank you for your purchase.

  This cosmetic case arrived fast, was adequately packed and it was new and in excellent condition, as described. It looked very nice and, as always, of Vera Bradley’s great quality. The price was reasonable.
