  We received the materials and there was basically no packaging. The contents were damaged, and 1/2 the material was not useable. I couldn't even get 1/2 a refund for the damaged materials. What a waste of $140. Some people care more about the money, and less about the service, product, or customer service.

  The purchased ceiling tiles showed up beat up after rough shipping, but the seller quickly refunded part of the purchase price to account for damaged tiles. Would definitely purchase from them again.
