  Item was as described. Prompt despatch. Item was not adequately packed and was damaged in shipment, a bag was used, not a box. The item is 3D printed, and I was able to glue it back together. The design itself seems like it will be a useful tool, though I think one with a heavier base would be more stable.

  This item arrived in good condition after about a week in transit; not too bad. Sadly, when fitted to my 2015 Royal Enfield Classic 500, it did not work as I had hoped i.e. it did not work with LED indicator bulbs, although it did with standard ones. When I explained this to the seller, they immediately arranged a refund, which is the best I could have asked for. I therefore rate them as good value sellers who provide good customer service.

  Sent messages multiple times with size id like, seller kept acting as if they had not got my messages and then marked my item as sent when they had not sent, just for ebay to look like a valued seller..maybe they will see my feedback and refund me!? Its only been several weeks, should of been 1st thing done with no response! Heres an idea, have a drop down box to select size in listing seeing as this seems to be an issue for you...every other seller seems to get my messages just fine..
