  Radio was shipped quickly and packed for surviving almost any abuse the package might receive en route. With the radio came a letter advising how to obtain the radio code (need in this case) to activate the unit. I had queried before purchase to be sure it was a working unit and it arrived tested with an anti tamper sticker. Old radio pulled, this replacement plugged in and works great. Condition was exactly as pictured. Found the BEST for LESS here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Seller.

  Did not receive what was advertised. Received completely different item. Seller refused refund and return. Contacted seller before the 30 day. Horrible seller

  Great communication and fast shipping by this seller. I received the wrong version of this part but they found the correct version and offered to ship it out to me.

  You reach out said you got the wrong bezel on Saturday the newer style without the knob to move the vents, I told we are closed on the weekends will check and send you a replacement on Monday.. .We did not tell you to send back the one you had we were sending you a replacement which we have ..Leaving a negative feedback does not fix a problem

  The item arrived well packaged and protected, no scratches dents or anything. Looks like new, was easy to install and my son says now he can play his music again. It works well and he’s happy. The seller was responsive with any questions I had regarding getting the code that’s needed to have the radio work. I reached out to Honda and was able to give them the serial number of the new unit and they gave me the radio code. So overall happy so far on day one after install.
