  There were extremely long delays during shipping, possibly related to a faulty customs declaration that tripped up lengthy check-ups by the shipment company during import. Something to consider next time I'll order something from a country that doesn't have a free trade agreement with the European Union. Throughout the entire process, however, the seller was extremely helpful, proactive, and communicative, showing initiative to resolve the issue as soon as possible! Also very cute packaging. :)
