  Laptop works very well, condition looks brand new with minimal scratches, fantastic price for the specs, and packaged perfectly for shipping. I will only shop with Goroostr for refurbished tech from now on. Their communication was outstanding, messaging back right away when I had a question. They even informed me of battery cycles which is important with refurbished macs. The Mac air even came with updated Monterey OS and original charger. This company rocks!

  Overall this was a good experience. The seller shipped the item very quickly and packed safely with bubble wrap in the box. The condition is as described, if not better. My only issue is it was listed as SIM/eSIM compatible, and while it does have a sim slot, this serial number does not have WWAN antennae included. I had to buy a separate hotspot device. At the end of the day, I've had much worse experiences on ebay and this seller is above and beyond most others.

  Laptop is brand new, the ad said it was new open box with warranty and it and exceeds my expectations, excellent price, super fast shipping, very well packaged, great communication, very smooth transaction, excellent seller, I would highly recommend to others!!

  The laptop's condition and quality are exactly like the images shown, though it appears brand new. The value is pretty good for $800, as these things are still priced pretty high on the market with the specs listed for $1k+. The seller also gave excellent customer service kept me notified throughout the shipping and dealt with any issues I had. I would certainly consider purchasing from them again in the future.

  All was as described. I asked them about the battery percentage and they’ve answered honestly. Value was the best for a cellular iPad mini 7. Packaging was good, no original box, but just as safe. Maybe some air holes wouldn’t hurt.
