I had to return strap as part missing on strap as different to pic in ad. Fair play to seller he kept me up to date when I returned the item and was quick to offer refund back to me. There was a mix up with wrong strap sent out to me as he has a lot of Omega watch straps that he sells. It was a shame because other than the missing part there was no scratches etc on the strap. He is a genuine business seller that is why I got refund.

However although the bracelet was as described it was not a correct fit for the watch and was returned to the seller who was able to provide the exact bracelet needed after being given the reference number for the watch. The service provided was absolutely excellent and the bracelet was great value as it allowed an expensive watch to be wearable again.
