He came back blaming me for purchasing wrong shipping postage and that I'm very rude to him and shouting on him. I asked to explain where and when I was rude and how could I possibly shout on him if we never spoke on phone. COULDN'T EXPLAIN. Replay from him came without Hi, sorry for delay or any apologies. Buyer is not listening but kept bulleting us and abused us. Have to report to eBay as such abusive behaviour is not allowed on any e-commerce platform.
