    The original cardigan I ordered arrived in damaged packaging so I refused delivery. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful and they said they would send me a replacement as soon as the original was returned to them. The replacement arrived in perfect condition. I can definitely recommend both the item and the seller. 5*

    Disgusting!! I ordered two of these cardigans almost two weeks ago, Received a message saying that they had been dispatched.. Nothing had arrived by the dates given, So almost two weeks later, I sent a message explaining " item not received" Very next morning I received a message with simply " item refunded" No explanation at all as to what had gone on with any of this order.. Still awaiting refund aswell.. Do not order from here, use another supplier! And the next morn
