The package appeared to have been opened for some type of inspection but when I opened it all items where as described. Seller had no control over carrier's miss-directed shipping and limited ability to address issue just as I did. Item order finally arrived. Thank you LugNutGuys!

USPS shipped it back and forth across the USA and it took 3 times as long to get. Not the sellers fault! But I did reach out to seller and they never responded to me. Still very happy!
