    Quick delivery and packed well. After trying to put together I assumed I had a wrong part. I contacted the seller late evening and was surprised to receive a reply. After looking at the picture , I tried another way and it went as it should , I m very happy with my purchase and with this seller. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

    Very prompt delivery in secure packaging. On opening I discovered that, in error, the package contained twice the number of items I had ordered and paid for. On contacting the vendor to obtain the address to return the surplus items the vendor generously invited me retain the surplus items. A very generous gesture indicating what a thoroughly Ebay vendor they are. Highly recommended !

    Product is exactly the same quailty as I expected from a hauk branded gate. The seller has amazing customer service as item arrived so quickly with royal mail (definitely one of the better couriers) and they reply very quickly also. I would not get this kind of service from a large company. I will happily purchase again from this business. For anyone reading this review please purchase knowing you will get a quilty product but also a high level customer service rest assured. Thank you

    It was a quick delivery but when I opened the package I noted that the decorative box was slightly crushed on the side (possibly caused in transit) but luckily the china plates and cup and saucer were as described.

    As described. Nice boxed kit comprising 2 x DSTE NP BX1 batteries plus charger, mains lead and car charger. Good comms, good service. Well packed and quick delivery. Would happily buy from again. Recommended seller. Thanks.

    Impeccable prompt customer care. Arrived on time. Well-packaged. Clearly brand new. Unfortunately, there was a functional fault. When I sought help from the seller they were professional and could not have been more sensitive and responsive and organised a speedy refund. Thank you so much making sure that as a customer I still had a positive experience.
