The wrong Item arrived, a digital version which was not advertised and the seal was opened. The device was packaged very poorly possibly tearing the seal. Contacted the seller who stated his warehouse made the mistake. The seller corrected the mistake but it was too late to give as a gift. I cannot give positive feedback for this. Ask questions and verify you are getting the correct item before you make a transaction. Thank you.

I told them the issue and still wait for my full refund or replacement. Highly Recommended this seller but they have to fix the shipment materials for buyers.

Prompt shipping by the seller, USPS was delayed but that is no fault of the seller. Considering the expense of the item ordered I would have liked to have received it in a shipping box instead of bubble mailers, but none the less, there was no damage during shipping, thankfully.
