Ordered 2 aerials and asked if they could combine postage. They didn't and sent separately. Excuse was 'too busy' and should of informed them about combining Postage. I did!! Received item. It was rusty, mouldy and spring had broken. Informed them. No reply. Terrible Customer Service.

following on from the other neg reply, the buyer ordered 2 separate aerials on separate orders at separate times, as we explained and replied to the notes on the account, we have various other sales outlets and more than one customer on ebay, if the orders are made separately (EBAY CHARGES FEES SEPERATELY TOO) we cant always guarantee they can be sent together as orders are sent on a first come first served basis to keep it fair for everyone, SO HE RECIEVED BETTER THAN PAID FOR AND IN 2 PARCELS?

What a load of rubbish!!! Surprise you have any customers. Basically its luck if they combine postage!!! TERRIBLE. This feedback just shows how bad their customer service, or lack of it, is. Maybe if they listened to their customers, didn't argue with them and not leave sarcastic comments, they might even improve their business. Unlikely. Also needs to learn to spell, RECEIVED
