  Shipping was fast, upon opening and setting on counter I noticed the little 3 sided spinner inside the microwave was not attached to a shaft which would spin the glass plate. I reached out to the buyer and told them and they said that I had to put it on the microwave setting in order for it to spin. I knew this wasn’t correct but I went through those steps anyway, and it still didn’t work, so I reached out again and requested a refund. Refund granted and I purchased another at Walmart.
