    Item is listed as new. The item I received has in a brown box with a label that stated "reconditoned." - so the one I received was NOT new. Item work fine. Shipping was fast and packaging (brown box) was professional. Again, I did not receive a new item - but rather a reconditioned item.

    Sabrent 4 Port Portable USB 2.0 Hub 9.5" HB-MCRM: U S Post Office refused to deliver. Somehow tracking status in the ebay system was different than that reported directly at usps web site. ebay system showed late due to weather but when I queried directly at USPS the status was "no postage." I drove to USPS but shipment could not be found. I contacted seller. Seller promised refund. No refund was given. Had to contact seller several times to get a refund. Took a lot to get the refund.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Listed 15 over average due to it being “100% new with original packaging” The gpu came falling a random cardboard box the bracket was fallen off due to missing screws cant be from shipping because the gpu was in a taped bag and there was no loose screw in bag and residue all over Seller never responded DESPITE being active DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS YOUR FINE WITH REACHING OUT TO EBAY and waiting 2 weeks to get your money back NOT TO MENTION having to buy a new one!

    WOW! I was astonished at how well the items were packed! Usually on items this large/heavy/awkward the items get beat up in shipping before I get it. I feel like I owe them an extra 20.00 for their great shipping effort and that it was in such excelentl condition. The system worked flawlessly and appearance was beautiful.
