    I purchased Villeroy & Boch from a seller. The merchandise came in broken. She emailed me promptly and apologized. I believe she was not at fault but that of the Usps. The packaging was secure & labeled Fragile, Fragile , Fragile. I am going to make purchases from this seller in the future because of her great customer service.,************

    I purchased this book as a gift for a friend. I was able to contact the seller and told them that the purchase was for a gift and he/she told me it was going to be delivered properly packaged. Well, I was not disappointed as my friend’s wife videotaped him opening the package and we saw that the seller was true to his/her word. The book was in great condition. My friend told me that it looked brand new. He was very happy with his book and I was very happy to have done business with this seller

    Quality and pretty items! Products in good condition! Great price for the items, given the nature of the product. Shipment was carefully packaged and delivered in a timely fashion.
