    Initially, I accidentally ordered the charger to be sent to the wrong address. Contacted the vendor, asked them to cancel the order and I ordered another charger to be sent to the correct address. They cancelled the errant order and raised a refund. I will purchase from them again.

    Bit of a mix up on initial delivery of item, but spoke to the seller and all was sorted, received full shipment in days. Great service 4 * would have been 5 * if it wasn't for the mishap.

    Phone arrived exactly as described, and well packaged. Unfortunately I have had a bit of an issue with it, but the seller has been excellent in communicating with me and is arranging a replacement. So after sales service is brilliant, would highly recommend this company, as so many companies now are not interested once they have made a sale.

    Untrustworthy seller. The listing stated new (opened never used) but sent me a clearly second hand watch and one of the buttons didn't even work. Seller seemed super responsive and helpful so arranged a return and they sent out, what they promised would be, a new watch. Recieved an even more worn watch that wouldn't even turn on or charge. Not sure why they thought I would accept this and feel more aggrieved by how helpful they seemed. Will not buy from this seller again, buyer beware.
