Fantastic service. I ordered brackets that came well packaged and quickly. Unfortunately I realised I should have ordered the smaller size. A quick phone call to the company and I sent my large brackets back. I got an email saying they’d been received and within 4 days the smaller brackets arrived at no extra charge. Thank you Locks and Hardware for making the exchange very easy indeed. And the brackets are exactly right and I couldn’t find them anywhere else online. Nice job!

Absolutely perfect transaction from start to finish. The item arrived quickly, was very well packaged, and exactly as described. The quality is excellent, the condition is like new, and it offers great value for the price. The design and finish are impressive and exactly what I was hoping for. Because ROYAL MAIL lost the first parcel it took 11 days to get the item, a second one had to be sent out, which I received a few days later. LocksandHardware were very helpful and sorted the issue quickly and without fuss. Thumbs down to Royal Mail but a big Thank you to LocksandHardware. The item was as described and of nice quality.
