  Item had still not been received a week after scheduled date, I contact Seller and they quickly and efficiently refunded the money. Excellent work on communications. BUT, I received a parcel in the post about 2 weeks later (sent day after I placed the order) however, the item in the package was not what I had ordered and the description on the package was nowhere near the item. (buckle vs screws).
