  I thought shipping was just a little bit slow bought it on the 12th got it on the 21st. Not a dealbreaker though. The skirt had several snags in it, which wasn't mentioned in the description. I would definitely buy from her again, but maybe ask more questions about the item. She may not have seen the snags as the skirt was very flowy. It was listed as new with tags attached and the tags were attached.
