  Thank you, PLEASE note this was with UPS, not USPS. Tarrifs are not the Norm due to Value Declared, and Country is Canada. Glad I could help. UPS is challenging, I no longer ship with them. Never have issues with my normal methods. Over 1000 items sold and UPS was only issue I have ever had. Not again thanks!

  Please note, shipping reflects actual accurate costs, my shoe price points are all very fair, please note, if you look at the total cost, shipping + item, I am well below many domestic retailers, if not all of them, what I mean is even though this is International, you are still paying less than what you would pay locally. Shipping is accurate, as this is Canada to the US, I ship cheapest and fastest possible, and keep the item costs low. thanks again.
